Case Study: Tsawwassen Mills, Tsawwassen
Over a four month period, Aerco went from 0-22. Twenty-two retail locations, that is, at one of Ivanhoe Cambridge’s latest projects, Tsawwassen Mills. It’s a 1.2 million sq ft outlet shopping centre in Metro Vancouver. Opening day was approaching and word quickly spread that Aerco was providing tenant fit-out HVAC. In the end, we worked with multiple GCs to ensure their customers’ mechanical systems were right and ready for their spaces. Retail shops included Aerco’s second project with Harry Rosen’s The Outlet, as well as Nine West, Build a Bear, Puma, Champs and many others.
