Air Conditioning

My Air Conditioning is Not Working!

Gather the following information before you call Aerco for service. This will speed up the process of getting you back to a comfortable temperature.

  • What temperature does your thermostat read?
  • Is the thermostat blank or are there just dashes (---)?
  • Have you checked to ensure that your A/C unit is turned on (There is a disconnect switch at the base of the HVAC unit)?
  • Have you checked the breakers?
  • What area does the air conditioner service (office, front desk, etc.)?
  • Have you tried changing the battery in the thermostat?
  • What type of thermostat do you have (t7300) etc?

My Cooler is Not Working Properly!

Gather the following information before you call Aerco for service. This will speed up the process of getting your cooler back to normal operation.


My Cooler is Too Hot!

My Cooler is Too Cold!

  • Is this your walk-in cooler or reach-in cooler?
  • Is this your walk-in cooler or reach-in cooler?
  • What temperature is it currently reading?
  • What temperature is it currently reading?
  • When did the temperature start to rise?
  • When did you notice the temperature drop in the cooler?
  • Have you checked the breakers?
  • Can you see any ice build-up? If so, where?
  • Have you had a power outage?
  • Have you changed the type of stock you keep in this cooler?
  • Have you received your product recently?
  • Have you received your product recently?

My Cooler is Making Noise!

  • Is this your walk-in freezer or reach-in freezer?
  • Do you know if it is coming from the fan?
  • Does it sound as though it is banging against something?
  • Can you identify roughly where the noise is coming from?

Freezers

My Freezer is Not Working Properly!

Gather the following information before you call Aerco for service. This will speed up the process of getting your freezer back to normal operation.

  • Is this your walk-in freezer or reach-in freezer?
  • Is this your walk-in freezer or reach-in freezer?
  • What is the current temperature in the freezer?
  • What is the current temperature in the freezer?
  • Is the freezer not on at all?
  • Do you see ice build-up?
  • When did you notice a rise in temperature?
  • Are you scheduled for a product delivery today
  • Is your product shipment due or have you just received it?

Ice Machines

My Ice Machine is Not Working Properly!

Gather the following information before you call Aerco for service. This will speed up the process of getting your Ice Machine back to normal operation.

Is Your Ice Machine Producing Any Ice At All?

If YES

If NO

  • Is it producing slabs of ice or blocks?
  • Have you checked your breakers to ensure that they are not tripped?
  • Is it making too much ice?
  • Does the unit sound as if it is on?
  • Is it not making enough ice?
  • Did it just stop working?
  • Do you have a full bin of ice?
  • Has the water to the unit been interrupted?
