Swiss Chalet - Alliston, Ontario
October 20th 2004 Aerco installs a Restaurant Management System (RMS) system in Swiss Chalet Alliston Ontario.
Working in partnership with the owner/operators of the Swiss Chalet in Alliston, Aerco installed a full RMS system complete with Aerco’s trademarked Auto Air Balance and VariSpeed systems. In addition to the advanced control systems Aerco also installed “hood tune-up kits” to further enhance the savings
achieved.
Don Fisher of Fisher Nickel Consultants have prepared a case study performed for Enbridge Gas Distribution. The results indicate an overall savings in make-up air and exhaust of over 30%. That represent savings that should exceed $6,000 in the first year.
Recently Aerco’s RMS Systems were also installed and are now operating successfully at the Swiss Chalet in Bolton, and in April the Swiss Chalet in Oakville will also benefit from the efficiency and cost savings of VariSpeed.
