GREASE TRAP CLEANING PROCEDURES

TO PREVENT YOUR FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM FROM DISCHARGING, THIS PROCEDURE MUST BE PERFORMED WITH THE COOKING EQUIPMENT TURNED OFF.

1. Ensure that the electrical disconnect is turned OFF at the Exhaust Fan. This MUST be done before performing any service on HVAC equipment.
2. Using a screwdriver, remove the grease trap from the fan housing.
3. Clean out the trap and reinstall as demonstrated above.
4. Turn the disconnect back ON and press the DAY OPERATION button on your Aerco panel to restart equipment

OUTDOOR AIR FILTER PROCEDURES

1. Ensure that the electrical disconnect is turned OFF at the HVAC Unit. This MUST be done before performing any service on HVAC equipment.

2. Remove the outdoor filters by removing the retaining screws at the top of the hood.

3. Rinse the filters with water and replace as described above.
