BEFORE CHANGING FILTERS OR INSPECTING FAN BELTS, TURN OFF THE DISCONNECT SWITCH AT THE UNIT

Exhaust fans shut off during occupied periods Power outage

Press day operation button to resume operation once power is restored

T1 time clock displaying incorrect time

Press night override button to resume operation and see Aerco manual for programming instructions

Exhaust fan motor failed

Verify that the breaker is on and the time clock is displaying correct time. Call service agent to repair fan
Restaurant too cold Thermostat not calling for heating Make sure that the electrical disconnect is turned on at the unit and that the breaker is also turned on

Confirm that the time is correct on the thermostat, see manual for programming instructions

Verify that the setpoints on your thermostats are set correctly. See Aerco manual for details

. Air filters dirty Make sure that your filters are changed monthly
. Blower belt broken or loose Call service agent
. Unit malfunctioning
Call service agent
Restaurant too warm
Thermostat not calling for cooling
Make sure that the electrical disconnect is turned on at the unit and that the breaker is also turned on
